Do I need a referral to come to your clinic?
No, you can book your free consultation by calling or filling out our Appointment Request Form
Do you diagnose sleep apnea?
No. Dental professionals are allowed to administer sleep screenings and tests but we do not provide a diagnosis. We work together with your doctors and medical sleep specialists to provide you with your diagnosis and personalized treatment plan.
Do you take health insurance?
Yes! Please check your insurance policy to find out what you are covered for. If you have questions, please contact our office.
What is the cancellation policy?
We require 1 business day or at least 24 hours of notice to reschedule your appointment. Fees may be applied if you cancel less than 1 business day (or less than 24 hours) in advance.
